How do I ask about a piece?
Choose your preferred size or fit on its page and add it to Your selection. Send a selection enquiry to ask about exact details, availability and the current price.
Is a selection an order?
No. It keeps the directions, size preferences and quantities you want to discuss together. An order and its full terms are agreed separately.
Are the photographs exact stock images?
They are editorial styling references. Confirm photographs, material, measurements and other details of the actual item offered before accepting an order.
How do I find my size?
Use the fit guide to compare a similar garment you already like. Ask for measurements of the exact item rather than relying on a universal letter size.
Where are saved pieces kept?
Saved pieces, your selection and your fit note stay in this browser. They do not synchronise with account sign-in.
How does payment work?
A separately agreed order can have a payment reference assigned to your account. Review it on the payment page before continuing to the payment provider.
How do enquiries appear in my account?
Submit the enquiry while signed in. A later registration with the same email does not reveal an earlier guest enquiry.
What if I cannot sign in?
Use the contact form with Account access and explain the problem. Do not send passwords. Automated password recovery is not provided.
